1. Processing & Delivery Times

At BrewMate, we work hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Once dispatched, the average delivery time is 3-5 business days in all across UK and 5 -7 business days in all other countries around the world. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods due to higher order volumes.

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delay with the courier and provide updates.

2. Shipping Confirmation, Tracking & Shipping Costs

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package in real time and view your estimated delivery date.

International orders (if available) include a dedicated tracking link to follow your shipment’s journey.

We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders. International shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

3. Address Changes, P.O. Boxes & Out-of-Stock Items

For any change of delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.

We can deliver to P.O. box addresses using standard postal services only, as courier services do not support P.O. box destinations.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will dispatch the remaining items and issue an immediate refund for any out-of-stock products.

4. Damaged, Lost Parcels & Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value covered by the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged and you are present at delivery, please refuse the package and notify the courier. If it was delivered while you were away, please contact our support team with photos and order details.

A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier has completed their investigation into any damaged parcels.

For lost parcels, a replacement or refund will be processed as soon as the courier confirms the package is officially lost.

5. Cancellations & Customer Support

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return after delivery following our return policy.
