We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if: the item is defective, the item is damaged, you received the wrong item

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to:
Complete a return request for your original item.
Once approved, purchase the new item in a separate order.
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
As with all returns, the item must be in: original condition, unused, in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
